Prerequisites:
Before entering to Android Jellybean Custom ROM updates process,
Take a Complete backup because of any data and apps lost during installation.
SMS – Use “SMS Backup & Restore app”,
Contacts – Sync with the Gmail application,
Call Log – Call Log and Restore
Images, Songs, Videos, Files – Copy to internal / External SD Card,
APN and MMS Settings – Note down from the path “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names”
Check your MMX tablet Model Number under setting and about tablet
Make sure your Micromax Funbook P300 is already rooted and CWM Recovery installed (use Root checker apk apps from play store and check your tablet already rooted or not)
Enable the USB Debugging Mode in your Micromax Funbook P300 tablet device follow this step “Settings > Developer Option > USB debugging”.

Step to update Micromax Funbook P300 Custom ROM Android 4.1.1 Jellybean:
Download the latest Unofficial-Allwinner-A10-Mod-JB-4.1.1 Jelly Bean custom ROM to your computer or laptop and transfer zip file to tablet root of your SD card
Switch OFF your Micromax Funbook P300 tablet and Enter CWM Recovery by Holding menu/option hard button and press and hold the power button at a time and do full wipe (everything except SD card)
From Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
Go to choose from SDcard or install ZIP from SD card and install or flash Unofficial-Allwinner-A10-Mod-JB-4.1.1.zip from SdCard
WARNING: This flash will erase all your data and the contents of your internal sd card.
After ZIP file got installed DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
Wait for 3 to 4 minutes and go to main menu and select ‘reboot system now’.
After flashing step finished then connect the tablet to pc then download the JB Play Store fix.rar – 502.41 KB and extract it then install to Micromax Funbook P300 tablet.
