Prerequisites:
Before entering LG G2 D802 updates process,
Take a Complete backup because of any data and apps lost during installation.
SMS – Use “SMS Backup & Restore app”,
Contacts – Sync with the Gmail application,
Call Log – Call Log and Restore
Images, Songs, Videos, Files – Copy to internal / External SD Card,

Already installed CWM Recovery mode (latest TWRP) and you must have rooted LG G2 D802 mobile (check with Root checker apps)
Enable the USB Debugging Mode in your LG G2 D802 device follow this step “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”.

Step to update LG G2 D802 to Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware ROM
Download and transfer Slim-d802-4.4.2.beta.2-WEEKLY-2201.zip and GAPPs files from your computer or laptop to LG G2 D802 root of your SD card
Restart your LG G2 D802 mobile and Enter CWM Recovery by pressing Volume Up +Home buttons together or else install ROM manager apk from google play store to open at recovery mode and do full wipe (everything except SD card)
From Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
Go to choose from SDcard or install ZIP from SD card and install or flash Slim-d802-4.4.2.beta.2-WEEKLY-2201.zip in ClockworkMod Recovery and install Google Apps too.
